When will I receive my order?
Please allow up to 1 business day for processing AFTER you place your order. After your order is processed, shipping time will be based on the delivery option you selected. Click here for Shipping rates. Ground ship times vary based upton the distance from New York City and do not have a guaranteed delivery date. For example, an order for 2-3 day shipping will take 3-4 days (including processing time) to get to you. We do not ship out Saturday or Sunday. If your order is received after 3:30pm Friday it will not go out until Monday. If you need your order in less than 2 days, please contact customer support to see if it's possible for us to deliver your order in time (additional shipping charges may apply.) (12pm - 8pm Mon-Sat, 12-7 Sun EST)
How will I receive my order?
Most of our orders will be shipped via the UPS shipping option that you selected upon checkout. Shipping to Armed Forces addresses, U.S. Territories, and some Canadian addresses may be done through the USPS (United States Postal Service). In that case please contat the customer support 1-800-99-JUMPY(58679) to obtain your shipping cost estimate.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been picked, packed and shipped UPS will e-mail you a tracking number so that you may track the status of your order once it has left our hands.

- we are NOT responsible for any customs fees you are charged after your package leaves our store. We will not accept returns due to custom fees.Thank You.
- If a PO BOX address is provided it will NOT ship UPS (as UPS does not deliver to PO BOX addresses) but will ship out with the United States Postal Service using a shipping method that is comparable to the UPS option selected at checkout.

You've received your order and want to make an exchange for a different item(s)
Your item(s) doesn't fit
The item has a defect caused during manufacturing.
You will be charged a $5 restocking fee or 25% (whichever is greater) for any and all returns.
Please contact customer support about any other situation to see if you may return or exchange your item.
Please note that you need an RAN (Return Authorization Number) to return/exchange your item.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and you will not be credited or exchanged!
All returns and exchanges must be returned using the following guidelines:
Items must be returned within 15 days after a RAN has been issued (orders placed between October 15th and November 2nd are non-returnable.) Any returns for orders made before Oct. 15th must be received before Oct. 29th to receive credit.
Items must be received in new and unused condition and not missing any items (including the original packaging). Original packaging must not be damaged in anyway. Any return received with missing items will be credited minus the missing item(s). We will determine the cost of the missing items. Any returns that do not include all original packaging will be given credit for half the cost because the item can't be re-sold as new. If we receive your authorized return and it is determined that it is missing some of the accessories, part of the costume, or the original packaging, you will only get a partial credit.
Items must be returned via a traceable method, UPS is preferred. Any orders returned with out any means of tracking or delivery confirmation will be considered an unauthorized return and we are not responsible for refunding the order if we cannot verify receipt of the return.
Must include copy or original Invoice/ Packing Slip with returned merchandise and a written statement for the reason of the return.
Please double-check that you have included all of the costume and packaging prior to mailing your return to our warehouse.
For exchanges:
If we determine the order is returnable, you can send it back to be exchanged using the guidelines above. You must make a new purchase online and include your new Receipt/PO number with the product you are returning to receive credit for your return and to avoid the restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for the original item and the replacement item.To begin the return or exchange process, please contact customer support to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please include the following information in your message:
Your e-mail address & order number, reason for exchange or return, & any damage or shortage.
Please keep in mind that the following items are NEVER returnable or exchangeable unless they are in unopened factory sealed packaging:
Any item that has been worn or used
CD's
Cosmetics
Eye lashes
Prosthetics, fangs or any other fake teeth
Socks and stockings

How do I know if the costume I ordered is my size?
If there are different sizes available you will be able to select it from the drop down menu. If there is no size available (N/A), it is a one-size fits most. Different manufacturers do vary their sizing slightly. Please see our sizing charts, unless otherwise noted. If in doubt about your size, it's usually best to order the larger size.
Please Note: body suit costumes (such as super heroes) are meant to be form fitting.
How do I Know if an item is in stock?
We electronically track our inventory as it is being sold. To determine whether or not an item is in stock, browse to the item you wish to select. Click on the "Buy It" button under the item, and the item description page will open. The Stock Status to the right of the picture will inform you if you product is in stock or not. Be sure to browse to the color and size you would like as the stock status is different for each color and size.
If an item is out of stock, when will it be back in stock?
Please note that it is uncommon to get a firm delivery date from our manufacturers and we can only give an estimate when we will receive our next shipment. Please send an e-mail to be notified via e-mail when an out of stock item will be back in stock. Some out of stock items can be special ordered and it is possible to special order items that are not listed on our site. Please contact customer support for special orders. (11am - 8pm M-Sat 12-7 Sun CDT)
Can I set a specific time for my delivery ?
Please note that you may not ask for UPS to deliver at a specific time of day.
